Enter Stock Transfer - Text

This option allows you to enter free text for a stock transfer line.

When text lines are added to a stock transfer, they are added at the bottom of the transfer lines in the sequence in which they are added. When text lines are inserted, they are attached to the item above the line of text.

1. Display the Enter Stock Transfer screen.

Refer to "Entering Stock Transfer Lines".

2. Select TEXT.

Micronet displays the Enter Text screen.

3. Enter the text line for the transfer then select the Accept button.

Micronet redisplays the Enter Text screen so you can add further text lines.

4. When you have finished entering text lines, select the Cancel button.

Micronet redisplays the Stock Transfer Creation screen with the text lines you added.

Technical Tip On the Stock Transfer Creation screen, EDIT | TEXT will now be selected instead of EDIT | ITEM – see "Stock Transfer Creation - Edit - Item / Text" for more information.
